Scope of Services
SECOND THOUGHT Studio provides creative services including:
UX & UI design
Website design & development
Brand identity design
Branding strategy
Marketing campaigns & visual content
Custom service packages may include design subscriptions, retainers, or project-based work, billed quarterly or monthly.
Add-ons: Site visits, content shoots, travel-based work, and event-related production are not included in standard packages. These are chargeable on actuals.
Service Delivery
All deliverables are digital unless specified otherwise. Final files are shared via secure cloud transfer or shared access links. For international clients, timelines may be adjusted slightly based on time zones and feedback cycles.
GST and International Billing
All domestic (Indian) invoices include 18% GST as per Indian law.
For international clients, GST is not charged, and payments are accepted in INR/USD via Razorpay, bank transfer, or Wise.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Once a project is initiated, fees are non-refundable, given the planning, strategy, and execution resources committed upfront.
In case of cancellation, we will retain fees proportionate to the work completed.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 working days.
Jurisdiction
All legal matters are subject to the jurisdiction of Chandigarh, India and governed by applicable Indian laws.

Third-Party Integrations
We work with secure and reputed tools for communication, project management, invoicing, and payment. These may include Google Workspace, Slack, Trello, Figma, Wise, and Razorpay. Your data is shared only to the extent required.
Cookies and Analytics
Our website uses cookies and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track traffic and improve UX. No personal data is stored unless provided voluntarily.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds
All payments are non-refundable after project initiation.
In cases where a refund is considered (e.g., duplicate payment), it will be processed within 7 business days.
Cancellations
If a client cancels after project start, a partial invoice may be raised based on work completed.
Monthly/quarterly subscriptions can be canceled by written request 7 days prior to the renewal date.
Shipping Policy
Digital Deliverables
Final files are delivered digitally via Google Drive, Notion, or email.
Turnaround time is discussed and agreed upon at the start of each project.
Physical Deliverables (if any)
If physical materials (e.g., printed collaterals) are requested, shipping timelines will be communicated based on location.
Delivery times range between 3–15 business days, and shipping charges are billed to the client.
